Redolent Group buys surplus and aging stock in bulk across the UAE: cosmetics, apparel, FMCG, mobile accessories, computers, laptops and other electronics. This is sellable stock, not e-waste.
What surplus and aging stock means
Surplus stock is new or unused inventory that a business holds more of than it can sell. Aging stock is inventory that has sat in a warehouse or store far longer than planned. Both tie up cash and storage space, and both tend to lose value the longer they wait.
Redolent Group buys this stock directly. If you have overstock, slow-moving lines, end-of-season goods, discontinued products or a warehouse you need to clear, we can make an offer on the whole lot. For many businesses, selling a stock lot to one buyer is the simplest form of liquidation: one buyer, one agreed price, and the space and capital back.
This is not e-waste. Redolent is well known for e-waste recycling and IT asset disposal across the UAE, but surplus stock is a different service. Here we are buying sellable goods in large quantities, not scrap, broken devices or end-of-life equipment. If you also have equipment that has reached the end of its life, our team can handle that separately through our IT asset disposal service.
What surplus stock we buy
We buy stock lots across consumer goods and electronics. If your category is not listed below, send us the details anyway and we will tell you whether we can make an offer.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Cosmetics and personal care | Skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, toiletries |
| Apparel and footwear | Clothing, past-season collections, discontinued lines, shoes |
| FMCG | Fast-moving consumer goods, household and personal care products |
| Mobile accessories | Cases, chargers, cables, power banks, earphones, screen protectors |
| Computers and laptops | Surplus laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals |
| Other electronics | Surplus consumer and office electronics |
We focus on large quantities: pallets, cartons and full warehouse clearances, rather than a handful of items. Mixed lots are welcome.
Who sells stock to us, and why sooner is better
Businesses that sell surplus and aging stock to Redolent include:
- Retailers and chains with overstock or past-season lines
- Distributors and wholesalers with slow-moving products
- Importers whose shipments did not sell through
- E-commerce sellers with excess inventory
- Brands and manufacturers clearing discontinued or rebranded products
- Companies closing, relocating or restructuring a business unit
Aging stock costs more than the shelf space it sits on. It ties up cash you could use on faster-moving products, adds storage cost every month, and loses buyers as seasons change, models are replaced and shelf life shortens. Cosmetics and other FMCG products have dates to watch, apparel goes out of season, and electronics are superseded quickly. The earlier a lot is sold, the more it is usually worth.
How selling a stock lot to Redolent works
- Send us the details. Share your product list, brands, quantities, condition and photos or a stock sheet by WhatsApp or email.
- We review the lot. We may ask about packaging, expiry or shelf life, storage and location.
- You receive an offer. We quote for the whole lot, so you deal with one buyer and one agreed price.
- Agree the terms. Price, payment and handover arrangements are confirmed in writing before anything moves.
- Hand over the stock. We agree the logistics with you, and your warehouse space is free again.
